Frank Bryant 

Frank Bryant is the founder and owner of FuCha LLC (Future Challenges), a Professional development and IT management consulting company. Mr. Bryant has spent over 25 years working for the Department of Defense in various leadership and mentoring roles. He has always had a passion for helping people and views FuCha as a business that inspires and motivates YOU. Mr. Bryant has received numerous military leadership training, mentored departments and junior officers, and facilitated Navy development programs. As a Program manager and Senior IT project manager, Frank has consulted with fortune 5000 IT companies and Intelligence agencies in technological modernization efforts and team cohesion that are aligned with strategic goals. Also, he is a retired Chief Petty Officer who served his country honorably in the United States Navy. Mr. Bryant earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and is an industry leading certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Frank is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team.
