Desha Thomas

Desha works as Human Resources Generalist with a leading nonprofit agency in Baltimore specializing in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. Desha’s long tenure in the Human Services and Office Administration profession, combined with her proven track record for making a real difference about developing and implementing education and support programs. She has worked in supplying agencies with a variety of trainings to meet and serve the needs of the clientele. Desha’s training method is “hands on” . She has over 5 year of experience in providing high level and cutting edge trainings in job development, and training. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Art in Human Service Administration which shall be complete by Fall of 2024. Up until now, Desha has been self-taught and has a passion about the well- being of the population I serve and making the community a better place.
